By commissioning a bespoke piece or purchasing jewellery from Bonnie Private Jeweller, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These are designed to protect both you and the craftsmanship of each bespoke creation, while maintaining the highest standards of service and care.

Consultations & Design Process
Consultations are complimentary and provided without obligation.
For bespoke commissions, Bonnie Private Jeweller will provide design drawings, specifications, or 3D renderings where appropriate. Work will only commence once written approval of the final design and specifications has been received.
All bespoke jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations in finish, colour, or detail are natural to the bespoke process and do not constitute defects.
Up to two design refinements are included prior to commencement of work. These refinements relate to proportion, detailing, or stone selection, and do not cover reworking or creating an entirely new design. Any substantial redesign requested may incur additional charges.

Pricing & Part-Payments
All quotations remain valid for 7 days due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets.
A 50% part-payment is required to secure materials and commence work. This part-payment reflects costs incurred in sourcing stones, materials, and skilled labour, and becomes non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases where Bonnie Private Jeweller is unable to fulfil the contract.
The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the piece and prior to collection or dispatch.

Materials & Client-Supplied Stones
All gemstones and diamonds are sourced from reputable suppliers, with full compliance to the Kimberley Process, ensuring responsible and ethical sourcing.
Where clients provide their own gemstones or metals, every care will be taken. However, due to the inherent nature of pre-existing materials, Bonnie Private Jeweller cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by undisclosed internal flaws or structural weaknesses during setting, unsetting, or reworking.
This does not limit or exclude liability arising from negligence.
Where clients provide their own gemstones or metals, every care will be taken. However, due to the inherent nature of pre-existing materials, Bonnie Private Jeweller cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by undisclosed internal flaws or structural weaknesses during setting, unsetting, or reworking.
This does not limit or exclude liability arising from negligence.

Jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault.
Non-bespoke Pieces & Jewellery Accessories Non-bespoke items purchased online may be cancelled and returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Refunds exclude delivery costs. Returned items will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of dispatch, using the original payment method.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
