Every bespoke piece begins with a conversation to understand your story, lifestyle, and what the piece should represent. Bonnie curates a selection of rare stones—often sourced with you in mind—and guides you through design possibilities. Once the stone and direction are settled, the piece is crafted in London by master artisans, blending traditional techniques with meticulous attention to detail.
How long does it take to create a bespoke piece?
Most commissions take four to eight weeks from final design approval. If you are working towards a special date, this can be discussed early, and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Can I use my own heirloom gold or diamonds?
Yes. Many clients bring pieces of deep personal significance. Heirloom jewellery can be reimagined to feel relevant today while honouring its history, approached sensitively at every stage.

Do you work with lab-grown diamonds or only natural stones?
Bonnie works with both exceptional natural and premium lab-grown diamonds. Clients are guided transparently, enabling a choice aligned with values and preferences.

What if I don’t know the ring size for a surprise proposal?
We can suggest discreet ways to estimate ring size, or create the ring in a standard size with one complimentary resizing after the proposal.
Do you offer resizing for all rings?
Most designs can be resized. Certain styles, such as full eternity bands, require careful consideration—this is discussed during the design stage.

Yes. Every piece is delivered securely via fully insured, tracked courier, with signature required on receipt.
How should I care for my Bonnie jewellery?
Fine jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed but benefits from thoughtful care. We recommend an annual professional check, and advise removing pieces during strenuous activity or when using harsh chemicals.
Do you offer ongoing aftercare?
Yes. Ongoing care includes professional inspections, cleaning, and future adjustments to ensure your jewellery continues to be enjoyed for generations.

What investment should I expect for a bespoke piece?
Each commission is unique, priced according to stone selection, design complexity, and craftsmanship. A clear estimate is provided once the design and stones are agreed.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery.
Can I return a bespoke item?
As each piece is created specifically for you—often with rare or one-of-a-kind stones—commissions are non-refundable. Every effort is made to ensure the final piece reflects your vision.
